If you're enquiring about a wedding, it helps to include the date and venue — even a rough idea saves a round of back-and-forth. For commercial and event enquiries, a few lines about the brief and the expected deliverable count is enough to get started. We don't do hard sells or follow-up call sequences. One conversation, one honest quote, and you decide from there.
