Request a quoteMost photography studios hand you a price list. We'd rather have a ten-minute conversation first, because the right package depends on things a price list can't ask: How long is the day? Do you need a second shooter? Are the images going to print or only digital? We quote each project individually and put the scope in writing before you commit. What you'll always receive: RAW-processed files at full resolution, colour-graded to our signature violet-creative tone system, delivered via private download gallery within the timeframes set out in your contract. Rush delivery is available for commercial and event clients at an additional fee.
Half-day coverage (up to 5 hours) or full-day coverage (up to 10 hours). Includes pre-ceremony preparation, ceremony, and reception. Delivered gallery of 200–400 edited images within 3 weeks. Optional second shooter and engagement session add-ons available. We cover locations across Ottawa and travel to Ontario venues for a flat travel fee quoted upfront.
60-minute or 90-minute sessions at an Ottawa location of your choice or our studio. Includes up to 2 outfit changes and delivery of 20–40 final edited images within 5 business days. Suitable for individuals, couples, families, and professional headshots. We don't use presets that flatten everyone to the same look.
Half-day or full-day studio and on-location commercial shoots for Ottawa brands. Deliverables include fully retouched images optimised for web and print, supplied as layered TIFFs and web-ready JPEGs. Licensing terms are agreed in writing before the shoot. We don't offer creative direction as a standalone service — clients supply their own brief or art director.
Coverage from 2 to 8 hours. Candid and documentary approach throughout; formal group shots scheduled on request. Edited gallery of 150–350 images delivered within 48 hours for standard events. Ideal for corporate conferences, galas, product launches, and community events in Ottawa and the National Capital Region.

Every project starts with a short brief document that confirms the date, deliverable count, turnaround, and total fee. No surprise invoices, no scope creep unless you've agreed to it in writing.
Your gallery is edited inside our violet-creative tone system — a grading approach developed across more than 200 shoots that creates depth and coherence without making images look artificially processed.
Files delivered via a password-protected online gallery. Images are available in full resolution for download for 90 days, with archive options available if you need longer access.
Yes — we cover all of Ontario and will travel further for weddings and commercial projects. Travel fees are quoted upfront and vary by distance and whether overnight accommodation is required. We don't charge per-kilometre; we quote a flat fee so you know the number before signing.
Portrait sessions: 5 business days. Events (standard): 48 hours. Weddings: 3 weeks. Commercial projects: agreed per-project in the scope document. Rush delivery for events and commercial work is available — ask when you enquire and we'll quote accordingly.
Absolutely. For weddings and events, a shot list is actually helpful — it keeps group photos moving quickly. For portraits, we'll talk through your goals before the session. For commercial work, you supply a creative brief; we execute it. What we can't guarantee is that every shot on the list will work equally well in the light and space on the day.
No — Cloudzstone is a digital studio. Our aesthetic draws from film photography traditions (grain, tonal depth, restraint in post-processing), but we shoot digitally on full-frame mirrorless systems. This lets us deliver reliably in low-light conditions, which Ottawa winters require rather often.
For portrait sessions, we'll reschedule at no charge if conditions make outdoor shooting impractical — you're not penalised for Ottawa weather. For weddings and events, we adapt on the day; both photographers carry off-camera flash and we know how to work inside when we have to.
